Each individual may maintain only one registered account on MPO17. Duplicate or multi-accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
All transactions must be conducted through your own verified payment accounts. Third-party funding is not permitted. Supported methods include GrabPay, Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX and major Malaysian banks.
All promotions and bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, validity periods and game contribution rules. Attempting to abuse bonuses is grounds for cancellation and account review.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. MPO17 will never ask for your password. Report any suspected unauthorised access to our support team immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MPO17 holds its international gaming licence. Malaysian players are responsible for understanding their own legal obligations regarding online gambling participation.
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and MPO17 ("MPO17", "the Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"), governing your access to and use of the online casino and sports betting services available at mpo17.click and any associated subdomains, mobile applications or digital services operated by MPO17.

Age Verification: MPO17 employs mandatory KYC verification. If we have reasonable grounds to believe a Player is under 21 years of age, we will immediately suspend the Account pending verification. Accounts confirmed to belong to underage individuals will be permanently closed and all associated funds — including any winnings — will be forfeited in accordance with applicable licensing requirements.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and truthful information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. You must update this information promptly if it changes. MPO17 reserves the right to require documentary evidence supporting any information provided.
Each Player may hold only one active Account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or using different names, email addresses or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Upon detection, MPO17 will suspend all related accounts, void all pending wagers and forfeit all balances, including both Cash Funds and Bonus Funds, without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account is deemed to have been authorised by you. MPO17 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
All Accounts are subject to our KYC verification process prior to the processing of any withdrawal. MPO17 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time. Accepted documents include a valid Malaysian government-issued identity document (MyKad, Driver's Licence or Passport), proof of residential address dated within three months, and a clear selfie holding the identity document. Verification typically takes 24–48 hours.
MPO17 currently supports the following payment methods for Malaysian players: GrabPay, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Bitcoin (BTC) and USDT (Tether). Supported methods are subject to change; players are advised to check the Platform for the current list.
All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own legal name. MPO17 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be reversed and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed within the cashier section of your Account. MPO17 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time, subject to player notification via the Platform.
Withdrawals are processed subject to KYC completion and satisfaction of any active wagering requirements. E-wallet withdrawals (GrabPay, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost) are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–4 business hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are typically processed within 15–45 minutes, subject to network conditions. MPO17 does not impose withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.
MPO17 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards. We may request additional documentation and conduct enhanced due diligence on any Account. Deposits must be from legitimate, legal sources. MPO17 reserves the right to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities and to withhold funds pending investigation.
All bonuses, promotions, free bets and other incentives offered by MPO17 are subject to the specific terms and conditions accompanying each individual promotion, in addition to these General Terms. In the event of conflict between promotion-specific terms and these General Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.
Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement before conversion to Cash Funds or withdrawal. The applicable multiplier (e.g., x10, x15, x20) is stated in each promotion's terms. For example, a RM100 bonus with a 15x wagering requirement requires RM1,500 in eligible wagers before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
Not all games contribute equally to the fulfilment of wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager. Table games, including baccarat, blackjack and roulette, typically contribute 10–20%. Live dealer games and sports betting markets may contribute at different rates as specified in individual promotion terms.
Unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms, Bonus Funds expire 30 days after being credited to your Account. Any unutilised Bonus Funds and associated winnings remaining in your Account after the expiry date will be forfeited without further notice.
MPO17 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering with the intent to generate low-risk profits through matched betting or arbitrage while using bonus funds; creating multiple accounts to claim promotions multiple times; and colluding with other players. Detection of bonus abuse will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds and winnings.

All games available on the MPO17 Platform use independently tested and certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes for individual play sessions.
In the event of a system malfunction, game error or disconnection during a game round, MPO17 reserves the right to void the affected wager and refund the staked amount to your Account Balance. Bets placed during a technical malfunction that cannot be definitively verified as having been placed correctly may be voided at our discretion. No claim for winnings arising from a manifest technical error will be honoured.
All sports bets, including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, UFC and other markets offered on the Platform, are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and event type. Odds are correct at the time of bet acceptance. MPO17 reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets and adjust odds in the event of match irregularities, late team news or force majeure events.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the MPO17 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
Breach of any of the above prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances including Cash Funds and Bonus Funds, and may result in referral to relevant authorities in applicable jurisdictions.
All content on the MPO17 Platform — including but not limited to the MPO17 brand name, logo, graphics, interface design, text, software, game titles and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of MPO17 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, publicly display or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written authorisation from MPO17.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MPO17, its directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill or business interruption.
MPO17's total cumulative liability to you in connection with any claim shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total deposits made by you to the Platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) MYR 500.
MPO17 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses. You are responsible for implementing appropriate technical and procedural safeguards on your own device and connection.
MPO17 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed; (b) the Account is subject to a regulatory, legal or security review; (c) the Account holder is found to be ineligible; or (d) continued operation of the Account poses a reputational, financial or legal risk to MPO17.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Prior to closure, all active wagering requirements must be settled. Any remaining verified Cash Funds balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to standard processing timelines and KYC completion.
Upon Account closure — whether voluntary or initiated by MPO17 — all outstanding Bonus Funds and associated winnings shall be forfeited. Verified Cash Funds will be returned subject to the provisions in clause 11.2, except where forfeiture is warranted due to confirmed Terms breach, fraud or illegal activity.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MPO17 holds its international gaming licence. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration bodies designated by that licensing jurisdiction.
MPO17 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via Platform notification or email with a minimum of 7 days' notice prior to taking effect, except where immediate implementation is required by law, licensing authority directive or urgent security considerations.
